For this recipe, I prefer Sweet Hawaiian rolls with my slider station. They complement each slider exceptionally well — and depending on your cheese and sauce choices, each slider is packed with a unique taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Slider buns – I prefer sweet Hawaiian rolls with my slider station. They complement each slider exceptionally well– and depending on your cheese and sauce choices, each slider is packed with a unique taste!

  • 1 lb. Deli sliced ham (deli meat of your choice (chicken, tuna, or turkey burger.)
  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, Coby jack, pepper jack cheese.
  • cup mayonnaise
  • Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • Tblsp. Ketchup
  • 1 ½ stick Kerry gold Herb Butter
  • Tsp. onion powder
  • Tsp. garlic powder
  • Tsp. ranch seasoning 
  • Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tbsp. Poppy seeds (optional)
  • Tbsp. Chives 
  • Tbsp. Parsley
  • Onion (sliced and grilled)

HOW TO MAKE HAM AND CHEESE SLIDERS

Prep and Cooking Instructions:

Step 1

Let’s start this party by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Then you’ll cut your slider buns open and place the bottom half of the buns in a greased casserole dish. To make it easier to assemble sliders, attempt not to pull the buns apart completely.

Step 3

Next, mix the mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, ranch seasoning, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Then spread the sauce over the inside of the buns.

Step 4

Now it’s time to layer. First, top the sauce with overlapping layers of sliced ham (or other meats) and cheese. Make sure the deli and cheese slices are not too thick for this. I also place cheese on both sides for chicken and turkey burger sliders. Once the meat and cheese are on, gently close the sliders.

Step 5

Next, let’s make the savory butter sauce that goes on the sliders. Add the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, chives, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Then pour this flavorful mixture all over the slider rolls.

Step 6

Then, cover the casserole dish with foil and bake the sliders for about 10 minutes. Then, carefully remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 7

Once you remove your sliders from the oven, grab a sharp knife and cut them into parts. I usually serve
them right in the baking dish. However, when hosting Tailgate Party, I transfer them to a serving platter and creation stations.

 

*Please note that the turkey burger and fried chicken recipes are used to make burgers and chicken sliders. You can use boneless skinless chicken thighs or thinly sliced chicken breast. Follow the steps above to melt the cheese.

So, I don’t eat guacamole, but I’ve been playing around with a recipe for the past 3 years. And my village absolutely loves this recipe—especially my darling Carly-Faith! She eats avocado daily, so this recipe is on the table at least twice a week. Check it out:

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 1/2 of red onion diced very fine
  • 1.5 Roman tomatoes dice fine
  • 4 tablespoons of cilantro (fresh if possible)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (optional)
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced finely 
  • 2 fresh limes juiced
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 boiled eggs diced fine(optional) 
  • 3 dashes of Onion powder
  • 3 dashes of Garlic powder 
  • 3 dashed Parsley 
  • A pinch of Black Pepper
  • 2 dashes of Cumin
  • 2 dashes of paprika

Easy Rotel Dip Recipe For Parties

I love nachos! (Doesn’t everyone!?)

It’s probably one of my favorite comfort foods. Growing up, my school did countless fundraisers, and during recess, selling snacks was our biggest hit! Nachos were always my first choice—topped with jalapeños. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The funniest thing is that I’m not a cheese lover at all, but nachos are certainly a way to my heart!

Here’s a recipe for my favorite Rotel dip that goes great with nacho chips!

Ingredients

  • 2 small rolls or 1 large roll of ground sausage (If you don’t eat pork, you can use well-seasoned ground beef, ground turkey, or all of the above!)
  • 1 large block of Velveeta cheese 
  • 1 cream cheese package
  • 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes
  • Chips of your choice
  • Jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grab a large pot and set it on the stove at medium heat.
  2. Add the ground sausage and let it brown.
  3. Drain the oils from sausage and return to the pot.
  4. Add in the whole 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes, the Velveeta, cream cheese, and milk. (I usually cut the cheese into chunks first so it melts faster.

Once the Velveeta and cream cheese are completely melted, your fabulous, mouth- watering dip is ready to serve! Serve warm along with your favorite chips. The Davis family loves tortilla chips, Frito scoops, and Doritos. And Mamma loves to top it with jalapeños!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Butter the 4 slices of bread on both sides

Step 2

Spread almond butter on two slices of bread, then drizzle on some and top with banana slices.

Step 3

Cover the sandwich bases with the other two slices, buttered sides up.

Step 4

Heat a frying pan and place the sandwiches with the buttered side down and fry for a few minutes until nice and golden.

Step 5

Turn the sandwiches over and cook until golden brown.

  1. Spray cooking spray on your waffle maker iron
  2. Open your can(s) of cinnamon rolls and place them one at a time on a waffle iron
  3. Allow it to cook as you would a waffle!
  4. Once it’s done, top with icing or maple syrup.

Rice Krispie Treats

Tools:

  • Pot
  • 9 x 13-inch pan

Ingredients:

  • 1-9 cups of Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 2 10-oz bags of Mini Marshmallows (divided)
  • 1-2 sticks of Salted Butter
  • ½ tsp of Sea Salt

Easy Steps: 

  1. Line a 9 x 13-in pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil and lightly grease with butter. Set aside 2 cups of the marshmallows.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Allow the butter to fully melt (turning light brown), and then take the pot off the heat.
  4. Add the remaining marshmallows, vanilla, and salt into the pot.
  5. Now, place the pot back over medium heat and stir the mixture until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and add the cereal. 
  7. Add the reserved marshmallows and stir until they are softened and partially melted. Don’t overmix!
  8. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking pan. Using damp fingers, press the mixture gently into an even layer on the pan.
  9. Let it cool at room temperature for at least an hour.
  10. Use the foil to lift the rice Krispie treat mixture onto a cutting board, and then cut into squares.
